People and places the cause memories

There are paces here
that I cant go...
Places where images are overwhelming
and emotions flow free.

There are places here
that bring memories.
Memories that are sweet,
memories that are bitter.

There are places here
i try to forget.
The ones that hurt so much they make me cry
and the ones that were so good.

Those places i will not forget
but it hurts inside to remember
the good times we had.
Because i know they will never be.

There are people here
Who remind me of you
Sometimes its easy
but others its not.

There are people here
that say what you say.
And i laugh inside because
you would be the only on to get that joke.

There are people here
but none are you.
None have your voice,
or smile, or heart.

These places and people
they don't compare.
They cause pain and emotions to flow
But I rest in Him, to save me know.
Cause He is the only place and person.

(this is the extent of my poetry...i thought i'd give it a shot...)
