the best roommate

I have the worlds greatest roommate.  We fit like feet into a pair of sneakers.  Like a tired body on a cushy sofa.  Like Betty White and her 90th birthday celebration.  Like the dinosaures before the ice age.  Ya know?  She's just the best.  I cant sit with anyone else at 12 at night and start singing singalong songs.  He part is always the lead and I'm always the follow.  She gets my need for adventure and those days when I just want time to myself.  We can spend hours just moseying around the grocery store just because.  We get on kicks, like first it was puppy chow, then edamame, then creamcicles, then eggs.  

She might be the only person in life who will say she likes when I talk in my sleep.  The one who has the same taste in good music as I do.  The one who drinks just as much coffee as I do and our love for coffee shops and good reading or writing is the same.  My other half in the late night hour and the same funny thoughts.  

I love this girl with my whole heart and I just cant explain to others how good she is to my heart.  Its a once in a lifetime friendship.  She's home.  She pushes me and questions me and appreciates me for just who I am like no one else.  I dont know what life would look like without her.  Words just cant begin to describe how thankful I am for her friendship and how incredible blessed I feel to live this strange life with her.
