Not what I expected

Heading into summer one looks forward to all the adventures you will have. All the things you will get to do and all the people you will see. You have expectations of what your time will be sent doing. How many trips you can take, how many things you can see, what you can learn about your self during the three or so months you are away from school. This place that every year becomes a little more home for you. Well this summer...being my first summer away from Northern California has been drastically different then i ever thought it would be. Some good things and some disappointing things. But I'm beginning to realize that I am hear and these things are happening because God is pushing me to grow and he's put me in a place where I can grow. Things didn't turn out the way I thought they would and I haven't done all the things I thought I would but I've done it in a different way and I think in the ong run...it will be better.
