Pittsburgh

I live about 40 minutes north of Pittsburgh in an old little steel town called Beaver Falls.  But this isn't about Beaver Falls.  It's about Pittsburgh.  The other day a friend let me borrow a car to drive to a day conference that happened to be in Pittsburgh.  Naturally I took full advantage of what pictures might need to be captured to write home about.  Well here's me writing home.

I've been to some big cities in my time and although SanFrancisco will always have my heart, I am quickly learning the things I love about Pittsburgh.  Here are some pictures of my new found city.  I hope this gives you a taste of the adventure of exploration that lays before me.

As part of my adventure I went to my newest favorite place.  Jerry's Records.  Upstairs in a little building in Squirrel Hill lives a store full of music and people.  And I love it.  (My dad will be proud to know my recent finding of albums influenced by him during my child hood and my small start to a new record collection.)

So much to explore and do.  And I love it!
